It's not recommended, if you are not quick enough to copy and change permissions, your phone will detect these important files missing and reboot, and if you have not finished with them you will end up with bootloop. I would recommend to do what i did. The rom zip is just a standard zip file, so on you pc, using winrar or similar, change these files inside, the file structure is the same anyway, and then copy that new updated rom zip to your phone and dirty flash. Done. Flash xposed if you had it before, my phone didn't even rebuild dalvik. I as well don't have adb set-up... Too lazy to sort it [emoji4] Good luck.

Audio record fix for Limitless 10.3

@gandul has already posted these files, but I thought I'd post a more compact archive in case anyone is at their limits of limitless I actually thought I'd posted these files here before but can't seem to find them, please excuse if this is a duplicate post.

Archive contains all the libstagefright library files from a stock ROM required to fix all audio recording issues with Limitless 10.3.

To use: Unzip the files in this archive to /system/lib/, overwriting originals (also preferably setting permissions to 644).

If some or none of the above makes no sense to you, then please ignore this post!

You could just try to use the files that was posted by @xoose and extract them straight on the phone, but I have extracted these lib files from previous version of limitless and literally dragged then in to 10.3 archive, to system/lib folder inside the archive on your pc You could do that as well, only using archived files from the post above, that @xoose kindly supplied above.

Thanks @xoose for this useful update. Your files are different from Tekcafe ROM files I used. Maybe yours are better.

Hello guys!

I just installed this awesome rom, but i have a little problem. When i go away and return home to my wifi it keeps connecting to it. It connects to it and then a few seconds later disconnect. To fix it I always reboot the phone but it not always works. Any idea how to fix it?

But rom had too many bugs taj I wanted to go back to the stock ROM (30N bumped) and there was a problem after hardreset (full wipe) I carried in twrp work external card always twrp rebooted (flashing display) and again I was at the opening the twrp and not the ex-sdcard nothing to flash
I flashnul tool via flash rom v30B and using a 1 gigabyte card I managed permanent root and re-installation of the ex-sdcard did not go so I bought a new card and still have the same problem
not in twrp no flash when attempting any flash or just open ex-sdcard will restart twrp

My LG G3 has the same issues for two weeks now. The signal comes and goes with varying strength. Makes the phone almost unusable. The same SIM card works fine in another phone. I tried flashing all modems compatible with Android 5, but no improvement. Yesterday I flashed Xenon HD Rom which is based on Android 7. So far I have seen only one signal drop, a definitive improvement.

Flashable libstagefright files to fix audio on Limitless v10.3

I decided to do a flashable patch to copy the working libstagefright files and fix the audio recording on Limitless 10.3.

Flash the attached file from recovery. All it does is delete all /system/lib/libstagefright* files, then restores new factory-based 6.0 ones.

NOTE!! : Make sure you are running a stock LG 6.0 based ROM, I have not tested it on anything other than Limitless 10.3. It shouldn't harm any ROM based on LG 6.0 stock, but in any case I'm not responsible for any bricking (especially on AOSP-based ROMS). You have been warned.

im here to ask the developer of this rom if its possible to make a flashable zip only of the theme/UI/UX with the widgets/settings and everything from UX 5.0 ported and if it will work on LG V10 Marshmallow, i see someone asking the same and i want to know if its possible?! thanks

I think I finally solved the dropping signal issue by replacing the antenna with a spare part from ebay.
