Install the latest version, but google services fail and I can not set up my account, with the message: "Google service has stopped" and does not allow you to configure the account. The version of Gapps that I used: GAPPS PEAK.

Try OpenGapps.

Camcorder not possible currently (may be at all).
YouTube not works on latest build install with wiped data?

And ... G3s is very old for Oreo... I think really good Oreo for him impossible

Hi vm03. I'm trying your new build right now from two days, and everything seems to work, including the issues with videos in youtube and instagram apps. Sometimes it lags and ui stops working, but it is quite fast. On the other hand, it could not still start video recording. You did a good job, thank you. I hope my considerations would be useful for you. If i will find other problems I will report them. Thank you for the new release again.

Hi vm03 I flashed magisk manager to root this rom. but I couldn't install any apk file and I couldn't download any app on google play store.Then I flashed magisk manager uninstaller.Now,I can install apk file and I can download apps on google play store.
How can I root?

Bluetooth Problem on 15.1-20190218-NIGHTLYon d851

I clean-flashed 15.1 + OpenGAPPS on my US TMobile LG G3 (d851). Mostly works OK, altho battery use might be high (I have a giant aftermarket battery which lasts for days, so not a big deal).

However, although Bluetooth media (music, web streaming) works OK, Bluetooth phone audio is totally garbled & distorted. I've seen this mentioned elsewhere, but no fixes yet.

Is there anything I can do to help track this down?

No. I can't make stable Oreo for msm8226 LG's...
But we have good Nougat.

Firstly - video recording is not working. Have you figured out how to make it work? I've already tried many apps with negative results.
Secondly - how to root it? I've already tried by addonsu pack from Lineage OS site and kingroot (earlier worked at stock rom). Any suggestions?

I've got 2 suggestions:
1. Prevent accidental wake-up(using proximity sensor)
2. Force move apps to sd
Also it's fine for me not being able to record videos, so dont mind trying to fix that feature.

No, I stopped works on G3s ROM's. 8 and newer android's is poor(and very slow) for 3gs and I can't make better.
May be I make some new Unofficial 14.1 builds, for example for serious security fix.
