Rate this thread to express how you think the LG G8's Wifi performs. A higher rating indicates that it has excellent range, throughput, and signal strength. Like when you're taking a dump in the bedroom upstairs, do your videos have to buffer or do they come through without interruption?

Much worse than lg g6 or even g5. On old LG g6 in my bedroom i got GOOD signal strength and this brand new flagship just POOR. Click image for larger version

apples to oranges my friend your comparing two totally different wifi bands. turn off 5ghz on the phone or router and it will be comparable or better

Its doesn't matter. Both frequencies have same poor signal strength
