Though LG has not yet released their Qi back yet or any information regarding when they plan to, I've seen the Qi wireless charging receiver sticker for sale on eBay.

Damn I would like to wait first for either something genuine or reviews about this one, cuz it comes straight from china, I don't want to see my phone catching fire

$12 is worth the risk. I feel in love with wireless charging for my G3.

Worth risking twelve bucks if it just plain doesn't work. But like yoniinfante said, maybe not worth risking cost of new phone if it catches fire.

Can the chips/sticker's be installed with the stock back cover or does it have to have a new cover?

Stickers can be put on your back cover but you're gonna have to remove your old one. Ive done it on my G4. YMMV at your own risk!

Doesn't fast charging have more to do with the current (amps) delivered by the charger and the logic in the phone's charging circuit than with the Qi sticker?

Choetech does have a fast Qi charger that they claim is compatible with Samsung Note and S6 edge.

Does anybody know if it would it be able to fast-charge an LG V10 with an aftermarket Qi sticker, or will it just charge at slower speed?

I just ordered this one from AMAZON,a pre-assembled QI/NFC enabled cover.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01...=sr_1_1&sr=8-1

While it closely resembles the OEM cover, the material is a hard plastic, according to a description from another seller on e-Bay.
I went with AMAZON this time,as this one is currently 1/2 the price of the indentical one from e-Bay.

EDIT:
Now that I've re-read the description, this one too says it is of (p)leather construction.
So,I'm guessing this listing is just as the others, but, using a render of the OEM Cover w/some editing (V10 Branding is absent, otherwise,a dead ringer for the original).
Either way,it's an inexpensive cover,it'll do regardless, but, still waiting for the real deal from LG to become available...............................

It also says "Replaces NFC only sticker inside original back cover to allow QI wireless charging along with near field communication."
