Why this was moved to another section ? when there are some answers ??/? maybe somebody want to find this problem in development section, The title was Not a question !

It was moved to correct section because you were asking a question. It doesn't matter if you didn't put a question mark in the "title." ;) The section you posted is only for Development releases: V30 ROMS, KERNELS, RECOVERIES, & OTHER DEVELOPMENT. You weren't posting a release. You posted a question.

You can ask a question IN one of the Development threads (if it's relevant to that release), but you cannot create a new thread based on a question. That's what this Questions and Answers (Q&A) section is for.

Yes, that's a mod posted in the LG V30 Themes, Apps, and Mods Section.

Have you read that thread? Read all the comments. You can try if you wish, but most of the comments said it may work for recording only and not for playback on the phone. And some said even that didn't work. Feel free to try it and post your experiences and any questions about the mod in that thread.

No. Limits of 2017 Snapdragon 835.
I can confirm this.
SD835 has hardware limit to record 4K@60fps and HDR video. That's why stock can record only with LUT and only with 30fps.
BUT there is some nuance.
We can unlock 60fps in software mode (but not by way linked here: https://xdaforums.com/lg-v30/help/lg-v30-4k-video-60fps-mod-t3761934.
The quality of the recorded video will directly depend on the complexity of the scene in the frame, the load on the processor and some other factors.
In reality, Fps will be about 45-50 frames per second, with a maximum of 60fps. but this is under ideal conditions. Even lowering the bitrate won't help much. It will be very difficult for the processor codec to encode such a video format.

Actually, I unlocked these modes in the AiS / AiX firmware, but as an experiment, because, to put it mildly, there is little practical utility from it.
