I vote for LinOS too.
In our country 'laos' means something like faded away, a looser.

Please call it LinOS, loved that name (and your justification for it).

Also I'm quite interested in how much devi LinOS will reach will it be like Cyanogenmod and be developed for most mainstream devices or will it reach mid to low range devices. We'll have to see and wait.

How about AOLP android open lin project

You know guys, we don't need to have a poll because it won't matter. It's not like everyone sat around and decided to call CyanogenMOD "CM" one day. As a matter of fact, there was some confusion back before TWRP became the de facto standard for recoveries as many referred to ClockworkMOD as CM. All of the devs will call it what they want for a while, but they will eventually shorten it because Lineage Android Operating System will take up too much space in the titles of their threads. If we all just call it LinOS on our own for now, and say it "Line Us" then maybe it will catch on. If we have a poll, and it ends up being something different than what the poll decides, someone will always bring up that stupid poll and we'll never hear the end of it.

Maybe we should spell it LINos?
