i received the mobile from homeshop18 and facing two problem one is when i choose internal storage as default option the applications stop working and second problem is memory card file are getting corrupted show name like 0 or a b c.... and sometimes memory card is undetectable can anyone help?

Two or three black hair line comes own on its nothing related to application d it sometimes comes while booting.can be seen very clearly in white background.the comes automatically d go away automatically i think the screen is defective what you guys say. spice mi 425 sometimes phones show 2 or 3 black line in the downpart of screen is anybody faces the same situation.but it vanish after sometime.
