This happened in the last few months, so I don't know if this is hardware or software problem, because the touch sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, especially noticeable on keyboard, but the swipe works everytime.

My phone previously was on the April security build. Nothing was available on the over the air and HiCare app, the new update was only available on HiSuite app. Now I am on the July build. I can't notice anything different. There is Huawei assistant and can't disable the HiCare (support) app.

According to my information the corporate employees in A1 and other corporations in those countries use Honor 8x as their business issued phone and because of some corporate apps being incompatible with Android 10, they are stalling the update for those build numbers.

I asked Huawei, when the emui 10 will be released for my serial number and location? The answered in the first quarter of 2020. LOL I expected them to say more exact timing, today or tomorrow, not in the next month.

Did you get the January security update first, or directly to 10 from the December update?
