You have a wake lock, most likely from an installed application or xposed module. Grab wakelock detector from the playstore .

In SuperSU settings, disable "Mount namespace separation." Reboot and all should work well.

In addition, Sandisk...scamdisc, specifically 64gb, are notorious for frying on N3's and 4's.
