When I say Google Camera, I mean the latest version, which would be 3.2. The older versions (the ones meant for Lollipop, i.e versions < 3) work on any device. If you're getting "Can't connect to camera" bug, then you're using the later versions which work only one nexus devices.

Google Camera ONLY works with Nexus devices. Install something else, like Open Camera or CM Camera.

I am running Krexus BUILD-3 and I have none of the above bugs. Everything is running perfectly. Before, I was on Krexus BUILD-1 and even that was very stable, beside the Mobile Network FC bug.

Hey, were you able to find a solution? You can try the Krexus ROM, it's very nearly stable and has fingerprint when used with the aforementioned method.

I think the issue is the bootloader. I'd try flashing Xiaomi ROM in EDL mode and then flashing the custom ROM. This will restore Lollipop bootloader and hopefully you'll get your fingerprint settings back. There is a post here on how to do so even more easily...
