    I had nearly the same problem and i did the following: (You need TWRP, i think) 1. Wipe all data(loose all data) 2. install adb drivers on pc 3. choose adb sideload in twrp 4. load the cm11 zip on your device 5. done Gesendet von meinem Moto G mit Tapatalk
