my only complaint is the shutter sound on the camera. yeah, you can download other camera apps and turn volume off but come on. turn it off. so stupid

working on mine.. woot... 11.81 down and 13.6 up. now i just need to unlock the woman's system partion to install it on hers.... not critical, but nice to have.

twrp boots directly into the screen that has install on teh top left... i'm going to try it once with the password on tonight. i've been turning that off. we'll see... guess i should have studied IT in college

so, unlocked, rooted, super user..... flashed this.. it worked... she wanted venom, so i put that on. it worked... she decided to go back the stock system, find, restored it from the backup.... forget to flash the super user again, but flashed the hack.. didn't work flashed the super user...

thanks XDA. downloaded kit kat and installed on my rooted s on 1.55 boot twrp 2.6.3 HTC one today. worked like a charm after i installed that little firefox add on to get it the rom to download. hotspot is up and running which is why i root..... so thanks...this place is the best :good:
