I have absolutely no Problems at all with CM 12.1 (Build from 04-22-2015). Everything works perfectly and i don't have any reboots while charging the Device neither Problems with Phone Calls etc.. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

I've also noticed heavy Battery drain since i've updated from Alpha 11 to Alpha 12. I've lost 17% Power over Night (i've changed nothing on the Device). Before Alpha 12 it was about 3-4% max. Do you have any Ideas about that?
