Outside of wanting it to be just slightly louder, it is extremely crystal clear, sounds great, and is absolutely much better than most critics make it sound.

Perhaps it is the fault of AT&T and not the phone itself, but I get a shoddy signal at my house. I do live in a rural area, however, but it could be better nonetheless. Note: In town and in cities, I get perfect cellular strength.

No noticeable different between the connectivity of WiFi on this phone vs. my actual $1,200 desktop computer.

Using AT&T, I have incredible, crystal clear call quality. The only reason I can think people have rated this phone as having "disappointing sound during calls" is they have a bad service provider, or a bad signal.
