    Things changed since this morning, order got shipped. I received tracking number from DHL. Pretty strange since I had free shipping but ok :)

    Ordered on 14th and still pending (no priority shipping and bought a sandstone case). Got an email from Oneplus just a second ago. TL;DR my order is experiencing minor delays and will arrive a few days later, so they sent me a coupon worth $10 to use at their store. Probably the sandstone...

    Youtube speed test shows 30fps, scrolling could be better (slow redraws), there are a few issues when selecting text. To use gestures press the "triangle in a circle" icon located on the top right and then draw your gesture.

    After uninstalling the newest version and installing the .22 modified one I am getting 30fps and little dropped frames in the speed test on the stock browser. Unfortunately Opera is still showing around 10fps.

    Mine is B5O. Slight creak near the volume and power keys, lightbleed (see pic) and unbalanced speakers (right one is louder). I decided to RMA it only because I'm going on holiday so I won't miss it too much. Actually the more I read about other units and how Asus is handling RMA the more doubts...

    I tried both methods. The one posted in the OP works ok but I had some problems when applying the offical update. The other is the nvflash method - much faster and works flawlessly. Thanks for posting :-)
