Well, I had to go all the way to reinstall the ROM to get my camera app back. First I tried to directly reinstall the the LOS ROM, but the camera app still didn't work. So I cleaned up the data, cache, dalvik cache, then reinstall, vendor (from Synt4x.93 LOS 17.1 thread), ROM and GApps. Then...

I used the ZIP file in the link via TWRP and the camera stop working. I don't know if it installed the files for the wrong version. Any idea of how to install the camera correctly or how to repair the originals Lineage OS 18 camera files?

Have you tried other .kl files of the directory, like gpio_keys.kl?
