Ok so I followed all the steps and installed all the drivers! But the thing is when I connect my phone through usb, the sp tool doesn't recognize it and so the red bar doesn't appear- AeshuK

Are you sure this is the 19_flasher link? Because the download file reads 15_flasher? And how did you use sp flash for canvas turbo? Tell the procedure please!- AeshuK

What is your custom build version? if it is 15_flasher, it needs to be updated to solve these issues! 3rd party apps don't matter I guess.- AeshuK
