    Yes , it is possible but not exactly that way. For example you can set a limit to a set of apps , while allowing some to run at full speed . or even block them access to internet. See attached image.

    Hi teatea , Please update to latest version 3.14. Some fixes are in there. The app is not tested in those devices but under same conditions and similar builds, it is working with no issues.
