    I have bought an Ace2, on the box and the sticker behind the battery, it's written 8160P, but in the software, download mode, antutu, the settings menu->about phone, and every other place in the system, it's written 8160 without P, so what do I have?? do I have 8160 or 8160P?? thanx everyone...

    i got the solution :D turn Wi-Fi OFF, then go to Wifi settings, menu button, advanced, then choose wifi region.. i chose turkey and it worked like charm.. good luck ;)

    i did that, applied temproot, flashed clockworkmod recovery via ROM manager, and chose "reboot recovery" from ROM manager, but that booted the HTC recovery (the photo of a mobile phone with a red triangle), i guess i need permenant root in order to flash recovery successfuly, and since i can't...

    i could regain the SD card access through enableqxdm 0, that worked fine. . but permroot is not working, i couldn't get root, only temproot is working, i can't flash clockworkmod recovery . . and the USB connection is still not present. . but in fastboot USB is working OK. .
