    I was also having a problem with 2 phantom email accounts in TF2D email tab after a backup - they were not shown in the accounts menu. I used SKTools (Full Version) to scan all PIM information (actual heading 'Delete PIM information') which showed all accounts - highlight the phantom account/s...
