FYI, I just RUU'ed mine(S-ON unlocked) to 1.27.400.21 without relock and let it OTA'ed to 2.42.400.2(Oreo). If you are not S-OFF, you can only deal with RUUs. Firmware and TWRP zips are not for you. Sent from my HTC U11 using XDA Labs
