Only with a custom driver, i guess. On multi-button press KEY_UP event comes immediately after KEY_DOWN, so it is not possible even with a custom IME. Maybe it can be done by modifying ImputMethodManager but it will be rather hard to do (it is provided by lenovo, so no sources).

Can you boot your device into fastboot mode or dnx? And describe every step you've taken (or link to the instructions) how you have flashed it, what were the problems with twrp, etc.

don't really sure, but when i'am flashing firmware it says that it puts update.zip on my sd card. btw, i'am using my old sd card, and insert another(with all my data) only after flashing.
