    I tried the first one, but the notifications and the tiles in the quick settings panel are dark and it looks very inconsistent.

    Post What phone did you have directly before your Xperia S

    I came from an HTC Desire too, handed it to my brother :) Running Oxygen 2.3.2 with the CM7r2 HBOOT and the Xperia S launcher port, never felt it slow or laggy, but now the screen looks sooo small!

    Post what rom are people using?

    My first non-stock ROM was Redux 1.2, then I switched to Oxygen (2.1, upgraded to 2.3.2 later). The last two months I used Mildwild (Oxygen-based) but last friday reverted to Oxygen 2.3.2 again (but I kept the dialer and the Xperia launcher from MildWild).

    Works perfectly on my Desire running CM7. Followed instructions from androidpolice.com (sorry, can't post links yet) There are only two lines that need to be edited: ro.product.model=HTC Vision ro.product.manufacturer=HTC
