at last I made it work :D .... I dont know if it is because of your latest PA build (came from cm10 before) or because I changed something on the settings... I changed the apn type from "internet" to "default,supl" and it suddenly worked ^_^ sorry for bothering you :P and thanks for always...

like I said.. the settings work on longshao rom so im sure the apn is correct.. if I may ask.. does your data connection works using your network provider?

I cant seem to make my 3g data connection work on cm10.. I tried my network settings on longshao rom and it works but I like using your rom.. any help please?

Tried your PA rom for a while here's my little review - The ui transition is not as fluid as it is in CM10. Sometimes stops at the middle of a transition alot of time stutters - sometimes there are blue streaks at the upper right corner of the screen - tried the phablet mode, tablet mode. yes...

Why would you want a non-rooted rom when you can do a lot of stuffs on a rooted one, anyway I haven't yet stumbled upon a non-rooted custom rom on the chinese forum but you could try a rooted one then unroot it yourself.
