Am I supposed to uninstall HTC sync then? And I was using a usb 2.0. I actually tried it again and went to the next step. I also had a bit of trouble on the final rooting step. It took 3 attempts before it could say "EVERYTHING DONE..ROOT SUCCESS...ONE FINAL REBOOT NOW". Before it would try to...- aln0

Step 7 So on step 7 now, the Control Bear cmd prompt is just saying "Found device" and nothing else is happening- aln0
