Getting very similar issues as you guys. I had the com.android.phone has stopped working problem on 3/5. Completely wiped and clean installed. Got everything working. But now on 3/6 my service goes in and out about every 5 minutes. Haven't received the APN error though.

Got it now. I believe I didn't format /system that first time.

Complete factory reset did not resolve the issue

I continually get an error saying com.android.phone has stopped. If I hit ok it comes right back. Tried downgrading to 3/03 and I get the same thing. I also have no service or wi-fi now. Even downgraded to 1/20 and it still does it.... Installed the KK GAPPS from 20140105 and this did not...
