I flashed 4.16.401.9 firmware from here After that updated my recovery to TWRP 2.8.4.0 and then did a complete wipe, Data,System,Internal storage,everything and installed 32.3 After installation I get systemui stopped, HTC Dot view stopped and no nav bar. Any idea what is going on ?

Installed 5.2.4 and everything seems fine, just that I am getting horrible battery drain. Anyone else facing this issue ?

I am assuming you are using TWRP recovery ? If yes then its a known issue with TWRP recovery. Be patient the screen will turn on again, it will ask you to slide to unlock and continue rebooting the device. Relax. Happened with me several times, then I read somewhere and in TWRP settings...

Thanks to Sunshine, finally got my M8 S-OFF. Then Super CID, flashed firmware and on to ARHD 10.2 No problems whatsoever. I am reliving my Desire HD and Sensation days again :) Thanks for giving us this wonderful ROM Mike. Great work,keep it up.

Ordered mine just now, a few minutes ago, expected delivery is 19th May. Let's see :D Eagerly waiting for it :)

Yes i used Odin to flash TWRP. Then removed the SD CARD, using Card reader, formatted it on PC and copied necessary ROM zip and other zips to be flashed during new installation ( Ex : SuperSU.zip) Then inserted the card back into the phone again and entered recovery. Wiped everything...

Installed v20 yesterday. This is what I did, 1. Formatted internal and external SD cards 2 . flashed twrp 2.6.3.1 3. Did full wipe 4. Flashed v20 Everything running well so far, no weird behavior. Wifi is also working. Thank you very much for this awesome Rom. Sent from my GT-N7100...

Installed v5.0 of this ROM couple of days back and so far the experience has been brilliant. Touchwiz Launcher FC a couple of times but that was until I installed Nova Launcher. After that everything is working smooth. Battery life is also looking good. I am coming from Omega V18 + Perseus 36.3...
