no FCs just icons missing from folder

just found an issue with this bro. I created some folders and overnight random icons for my apps keep disappearing from the folders

Hi great rom by the way. First time I used miui. One question though, everytime I slide lockscreen to unlock my messaging screen displays instead of my home screen. I have to press the back hard button to get my home screen. How can I slide to unlock then get my home screen instead of messages?
