probably your rom zip is corrupted, have you done md5sum check after download? i use twrp 3.4.0.0, no problem at all

try create new image from boot.img from the rom using magisk then install the new image via twrp ...

hi, install newest magisk manager, you can download it from https://******************/ then patch boot.img from ROM, intall it using twrp, reboot. done :)
