answering my own question here: i wiped the dalvik cache and the problem seems to be solved.

guys, i just flashed 11/07 over 10/30. when I'm calling somebody, the screen stucks just like somebody is calling me (i can move the icon to the right to answer or left to decline). since I'm the one making the call, this seems absurd. do you think it's a bad flash? anybody experience a similar...
