Maybe that was the reason for issue. I have contacted carrier bot and requested manual APN settings. After adding new APN and rebooting device, mobile data started working. Everything works fine now.

Model number is 2PS64. As far as I know this is a Sprint device. Am I correct? Carrier is Kyivstar and it is working in Ukraine.
