Even i was facing the similar problem when I got my new Asus. Played around with various settings. Then i thought let's just do a hard reset. And that worked for me.

I unlocked my bootloader and did a fresh installation of version 5 (4.1.4). Everything so far is running smooth but in Arise, I can see only one profile Audiophile X. Can some one help me with getting the other profiles.
