Yep it charges with no problems for me on two different no name wireless chargers and works fine on the Samsung Charger since the last update that help with the Samsung wireless charger.

From your screenshot that Open VPN seems way high on battery usage, also you seem to have a lot of apps pushing notifications in the background, try not running that VPN App and lightening up those background notifications a bit and see what that does for your battery life.
