It is not possible to remove just the screen-on animation alone. As a work around you can set animator duration scale to off in developer options, but this change is implemented system wide.

You are most probably using treble Magisk. Use normal TWRP and flash normal Magisk. This unofficial build is not treble based ROM.

It is normal charging, same as MIUI, when charging is above ~1500mA it will show charging rapidly and below that it will show charging slowly. Nothing to worry about. You can be assured that it will never cross the device's limit. If you still want your device to be cool while charging use...
