I don't think you'll be covered by T-Mobile's warranty, but you should be covered by LG's manufacturer warranty (I would think anyway) as long as it's new in box. This whole post should be deleted by mods. Bloody cancer. Having the KK boostack installed will cause reboot every time you connect to LTE you NEED 30b in order for this to work. Did you even test this OP? Or did you just put this thread out here without even knowing if it was correct or not...

It was supposed to be solved but I've found the drain always comes back even though I'm on the newest boot-loader unless I delete those files. I haven't noticed any negative effects after removing them and get much better standby time so I've kept them removed.
