Weird question... Have you removed the back cover recently? If i remember correctly, the wifi antenna is in the back cover and connects by spring type contacts to the device. Sometimes they get bent and don't make contact anymore. Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

Only other thing I can think of to try is download the Aurora store from fdroid. It's a front end for the Google play store that basically creates a fake account so you can download apps directly from Google. Then use that to get spotify on your device. I tried it on mine to make sure it works...

Some apps won't install on rooted devices. Magisk (another twrp flashable zip) should let you hide rooted status from certain apps so you can run them. You should download from xda. I don't think the magisk site that comes up in a Google search is legit Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

Definitely old. It should update on its own once you install the ota file. I think the privilege file is just for older versions of Android that had less streamlined permission access. You could try it without that and see if it works. It's been a while so i don't really remember whether I did...

Got a weird situation with my sdcard. Researching it, it's apparently a bug with Oreo. My sd card is 128 gb but it's showing in storage as 256, with 130ish gb taken up by system

Those instructions didn't work for me either UNTIL I force stopped "bluetooth share." I don't know if it was a combination of everything (because I'd just gone through all those other steps) or just the force stopping. It's a system app so you'll have to show those to find it.
