So I attempted to install this on an unmodified device (other than root access and TWRP) and I got an error. I don't get it, because I did just what the simple instructions said :<

So I have an original Defy with a green lens and it's been factory reset and I want to put Quarx's CM10 (or 10.2 if that's possible) rom on it. All I've done so far is root it and install TWRP correctly, so what do I do now? If I attempt to install the rom zip in twrp, it gives me an error...

Google Music is v5 and Play Store is v4.1.10, but for some reason Gmail is still v4.3, so there's no way to get the new Gmail inverted with this as far as I can tell, but everything else seems up to date.

Just to clarify, is this an installer that you use along side other ROMs? Like do you flash the rom first, and then use this installer? If so or even if it's something similar, looks awesome and I'll definitely check it out.
