sort of. as long as you have root access you can adjust/tweek no matter what rom your using. the cool thing about a custom rom is that people have already tweeked things and they are just making it available to you. it saves noobs a bunch of time and frustration....

reset counter is still at 1 after triangle away. ran it again, same result. installed stock recovery, same result... trying again. will report back

download the stock rom here: http://samsung-updates.com/ you will need to model number then flash using odin not sure what pda or csc are, but i know you have to use the pda button

yeah, i think in order to be under warranty you need to go back to stock and reset the counter
