I received the February update for the Nokia 8.1 on 26 Febuary.

There are differences between the Nokia 8.1 and X7. - Nokia X7 doesn't have Android One - Nokia X7 doesn't have NFC - Nokia X7 doesn't support all the LTE bands

I received the January update for my Nokia 8.1 yesterday.

Tried it with The Walking Dead: Our World. AR Core on the Moto X4 works great!

Not available for 1900-7 yet.

Perhaps the space in the password is the issue?

That sounds hopeful, just check if any updates available but not yet on XT1900-7.
