logcat attached I cleared my logcat, did a clean restart and opened SatStat right away. I left it sitting outside for about 10 minutes with logcat open and it never got a lock. I've included my logcat for your review. Please let me know what else I can do to help figure this out!

Not sure what I"m missing here...I copied the batch file and text file to my sd card, fired up adb, and typed su ./debloat_xz1c.bat I didn't get an error or anything, at all really. But nothing happened. All the bloatware is still there. How are you guys executing this? Cheers.

I think I was wrong about my gps being physically broken. I reverted the phone to latest stock Sony firmware and fired up the gps test from the service menu. The gps got a lock within a few seconds, played around with it a bit and it was solid throughout. Flashed RC1 back and gps is lost...

And finally, using the Flash Tool downloaded directly from Sony Developer World (Emma) I was able to get the newest firmware from there, camera worked again immediately, albeit green. Did the steps listed here, and camera is working perfect again.
