Open Beta 14 fixes my DM-verity issue.but anyone else experiencing after reboot wallpaper always turns back to default?

in my case i'm on stock OOS beta 13 with stock kernel. can i flash this to remove the DM-verity? i just want to get rid of the DM-verity screen.

i tried all the steps, but after i flashed the OB 12 it booted 2 times and the DM-verity screen appeared again

i just want to clarify, i'm using oneplus 3 (A3000) currently using OB 12. i need to flash 4.0.2? and then go to bootloader then type the commands..then reboot to recovery and then i'll flash again the provided firmware of OB 12? thanks
