The issue here ..is that i am residing in the Middle East Zone now and where i am they don't have the f**king streak here ..and based on that i cant send it for replacement ; so i must fix it other wise throw it from the window so if someone have a solution for my case please don't hesitate...

Guys ..i was wondering ..when you mount your sd card and you can see it on ur computer ..does it have an effect if you click right click and opted quick format fat32 ...does it change anything anything in the drive properties ...or is it ok no problem the streak doesnt get effected with such...

I went to the CWM menu --> Mounts and Storage --> there is no format recovery . ! only: format cache and i do it it gives me ---> Error formatting / cache ! format data and i do it give me ---> formatting data ..Done . format sdcard and i do ..it give me --> formatting / sdcard done . format...
