Thank you for your help! Since turning off in my Vodafone and then turning back on the setting has appeared in my phone settings.

I have the LYA-L09 build .122 and i have had the same experience, wifi calling was available on initail startup from box but now no options in menu to enable. [EDIT] I should mention the device is on Vodafone.
