I've having this issue with volume down, it has more resistance then the volume up or power button.

I'm in the exact same boat. I have no clue whats going on. Google also told me the same thing, about it being shipped soon, also no shipping charge cause its late. BOA has no charge or pending. :confused::mad:

Yeah i have the same issue.

I had this problem. The charging port (the thing in the middle of the port) on the phone was bent. Took a safety pin and moved it a bit. This is the only thing that worked. Used different chargers and battery, nothing helped but this. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium

Its cm9 for sure. The devs have stated that their no longer going for the most features but for more stability and "cleaner" code. This could be a placebo, but RC1 seems a lot faster then older cm9 nightlies . I'm also giving james bond kernel a shot, so far so good.
