Yeah I'm having the same issue; any build which uses a kernel after temasek's .2 kernel (preview 4.3 and above) makes the phone hang at the boot animation. I've tried both twrp and philz cwm, dirty and clean flash, and even trying out zion's lollipop rom with his kernel, all have the same issue...

Hey guys I got a Note 3 a couple of days ago and I noticed that there is a reddish tint towards the top of the display when the brightness of the screen is low. Sometimes it's not too noticeable but there are times where it really sticks out. I attached a picture to show what I'm talking about...

Short answer: no Long answer: Your Galaxy Note has the Snapdragon S3 SOC, our Galaxy Note has the Exynos 4210 SOC, both of which are totally different. Also, both have different radios, recovery location, etc., so flashing a ROM for the N7000 onto your note will mess it up and vice versa.

This thread should definitely be brought to the attention of a mod and get stickied, maybe under a different title. It's not like this unlock method has a chance of not working, because most people in the original thread and in this thread have reported that it's working, and on top of that it...

I can also say it worked for me, I popped in an AT&T Straight Talk SIM, put in the APN, and everything (calls, text, and data) works fine.

Have you tried changing the decoder to s/w?

I don't know about any other extended batteries, but the Seidio extended battery I have does show the battery temperature.

Well, I spoke too soon. The price of the Seidio battery went up to about $71 on Amazon. At that price, I would rather pay a little extra for the Mugen battery and get 400 mAh more. Good thing I bought the battery before the price went up.

He he true. Amazon raised the price of the battery so it's a good thing I bought it before the price went up, though it's still cheaper than the mugen battery.

I agree with you, this battery cover has a cleaner look. That screen time sounds about the same as the mugen battery so I'm definitely getting the seidio battery. I only hate the fact that the phone is going to look bigger than it already is, but I'd rather have awesome battery life than worry...

Nice, I was thinking about getting the mugen power battery but if the difference in battery life between the two isn't that much, I'd much rather get this one for about half price. How much screen on time are you getting with it?

Thanks, same here, hold does work but not mute. At least I know that I'm not the only one with the issue. I couldn't find anything on it and I thought it was an error on my part.

I'm currently on the Paranoid Android June 25th ROM and when I press the mute button in the middle of a phone call the other party can still hear me as if it was never activated. Aside from that, the ROM is pretty damn awesome. I couldn't post this in that thread because I don't have enough...
