    Post Chrome for android

The stock browser on Android has always been a separate app. Word on the street is that Chrome will replace the stock browser when it's out of beta, and the current browser will no longer be available in the open source Android os.

Works good on Eos 1.0.0. I don't really notice any improvement or slowness vs. the stock browser yet. Awesome to see a daily desktop application make its way over to the tablet though.

Post [ROM][ICS] Team Eos ICS 2.0.0 [Updated 2012/4/27]

Thanks for helping me not feel like an idiot for skipping the upgrade and keeping my Verizon Xoom on 3G. Installed about 6 different nightlies and I'm glad to see this come out of the oven!

    Post [ROM][Nightly][ICS] Team Eos US 3G Nightlies (stingray_cdma / MZ600)

When I was still on 3G (before all the December ICS ROMs hit) I would always turn on airplane mode before turning on WiFi. Does that help your issue on this ROM?

Post Things that I love about ICS:

Yes. So much more polished. Every navigation/tap/swipe/press on ICS just responds way better than Honeycomb.

Post Adding USB to the Xoom dock

Just finished my mod to the HD dock. Didn't have to splice any wires for this method. I had my spare Droid X dock lying around so I ripped the USB cable out of that for this mod. The DX USB cable mounts perfectly where the HD dock USB cable does, fits like a glove, and has a female end that's...

Post [AOSP] ICS Build for Verizon 3G/4G XOOM

I came from Tiamat which was my first non-stock rom, flashed the img files through fastboot, and HDMI out works perfect for me. Verizon 3G Xoom.

Post [AOSP] ICS Build for Verizon 3G/4G XOOM

So I've got the Vzw 3G Xoom running the newest Tiamat 2.3.0 build. If I flash the fast boot files to give this a shot, will I still have the recovery that came with Tiamat? Or does this include a recovery? This thread title should have had at least 10 exclamation points in it, by the way!

Post sony bravia engine on xoom

Nope. If you follow the adb method there's no need for opening and editing the build.prop file. The second to last command in the adb method will echo the necessary text to the build.prop file for you.

Post Logitech Tablet Keyboard for Android

Xoom owner here. I just picked one of these up after using a basic MS bluetooth on my tablet, and this keyboard is awesome. I don't know if they somehow optimized it for Android but it seems way more responsive than the MS keyoard does. Whether the Gingerbread issue or not, let's face it...

Post ICS already on Xoom! Why don't we have it yet???

I will poach elephants and club baby seals for ICS on my Xoom before Christmas. Any big game hunters interested, just get in touch. Oh wait, we're talking about posting on forums

Post [ROM] Team Tiamat Xoom Rom 2.3.0 - US Verizon LTE Edition [12/11/11]

Same here, same process. Although I have no 3G now, but that's not a huge issue since I'm trying to negotiate with Verizon to turn my $20/mo 3G Xoom plan into a $30/mo Bionic hotspot plan.

Post Grand Theft Auto III NOW!!

In the "More from developer" on the web market, it shows: GTA 3 (4 stars) GTA III (3.5 stars) Grand Theft Auto 3 (3 stars) All from Rockstar Games Inc. All three are incompatible with my devices. However, 'Grand Theft Auto III' is compatible. When I click on Rockstar Games Inc. the only...
