I found that charging speed can restore to 9V/1.5A if I restart the phone in charging. Otherwise charging speed is 5V/1.75A max in 9.0 version. PE 8.1 doesn't have this problem. I also found that /sys/class/power_supply/usb/current_max was set to 1800000.

Fingerprinter is unstable on last aosp update. It can not find in settings menu for several times.

I find that charging speed is slower than PE8.1. Now the max power is only 5V/ 1.75A with QC3.0 charger. Is that a bug?

There is a bug in call history. When using VOLTE, it always show unconnected icon in call history.

Can't full charge AEX latest V5.3. If I use stock charger it can only charge up to about 80%. But if I use QC3.0 charger it can charge to 100% normally.

USB Audio can't work I can use HTC Type-C adapter cable on stock rom. But it can't work on this rom. After plugged it in usb the music still comes out from speaker. Change setting in developer options is no useful.

no need. The charge power is limited to 12.5W for any changer.
