NO SIM detected I went through the install procedure. Really nice ROM. Only one problem, it doesn't detect my SIM card. I have tried to find if anyone else had this problem, didn't see it addressed. (then again I'm half -asleep) Any ideas?

3G issue So take it off of the "GSM/CDMA (Auto Mode)" and put it to "WCDMA only"? I tried that and my signal went to zero. Lost all phone signal and had to switch it back to "GSM/CDMA (Auto Mode)" for phone service.

I am looking for the stock phone files related to 3G. I installed a custom ROM, but it stopped getting 3G after that. SO I am looking for a way to "refresh" the installed files with correct 3G functional files. (not sure if that makes sense).

Sounds good, but.... Sounds good, but I am a novice. I have the original ROM as well as Gellybread. What files do I need to copy over to the phone? I will post a link when I have them extracted, I just don't know which ones.:good:

Sounds great, BUT..... I am wondering, where can one find the original firmware for, say a GT-S7500L I installed a custom ROM, but the wifi gives an error.

SUCCESS!!!!!! FInally SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:good::good::good: I don't know why, but today my Streak played nice, and after 4 times of going through every step, it finally booted into CWM and allowed me to root. Hallelujah!!!!!

Still no dice!!! Yeah, I have tried that. This is really frustrating. Any other suggestions? :confused: I have the .27 Honeycomb OTA. I don't know if that is making a difference.
