    Thank you so so much NI55AN :good: Alls working now, it was the missing link as far as I was concerned, 2ndInit and unpack into the folder you said, all is well now, and the ROM all appears nice, especially that Motorblur rubbish has disappeared, once again, a million thanks :good::good:

    thanx 4 the response - unfortunately this won't sort it - the users will inevitabley press the powerbutton when using the device and this just minimizes everything when power is turned back on - if tomtom isn't running at this point there is no problem.

    Managers of the companies which we supply to usually require net access and get a bit shirty if its not there - the easiest way to do this would I think be to create 2 different images - 1 for users, with ie removed, and 1 for managers. Thanks for the response :)
