Hello. Had the same problem, and sent the phone to repair under warranty. I'll be picking it tomorrow. I've been informed that a ribbon (screen connector maybe?) has been replaced inside the phone. I'll try to gather more info when picking it up and i'll know if this fixed the issue or not. BG

Do you have USB debugger on as indicated in the instructions? Also, do you have LG drivers installed in your PC(if using windows)? No, but you will loose any application that you may have moved to SD card. BRGDS, BG
